Top 16 Real Estate Investing Podcasts for Beginners

I learned from my father that investing in real estate is a great way to build passive income and wealth. On a government salary, he was able to purchase ten rental properties and fill them with tenants for additional monthly income.

From a young age, I knew I was going to be a real estate investor, too. So it’s no surprise when my family and I moved to Dubai for three years, I became a landlord and rented out our home instead of selling it. I knew that in the long run the passive income would be better for our family in addition to holding an asset for my children. Then, when we came back, I used the cash we saved up to purchase two more properties.

To learn what I needed to be successful, I talked with other real estate investors, took some courses, read books and did a lot of research. Podcasts are a great way to learn about real estate investing on the go. Check out this list of top real estate investing podcasts. If you are a newbie to the field, listen to a few different experiences and perspectives. Take notes and learn from other people’s mistakes to find tactics and paths that will work for you.
